Do I need to register to use this site?
No. You are able to browse the website without making an account. However if you would like to place an order you will need to first register with Teksolution.

How do I make a Teksolution Account?
1. Click on "Register Now" button on the bottom left of the page
2. Enter your username and details in the form provided
3. Check your email for an activation mail
4. Click on the link found in the email to finish the registration process

How do I change my personal details?
1. First login to your account from the bottom left of the page
2. Click on “Edit Profile” link on the side bar
3. Change your details in the form and click on ‘EDIT’ button

How do I purchase a product from the site?
1. Make sure you are logged into your account
2. Browse the site for desired product
3. Click on “ADD Item” button.
4. Select the quantity you would like to purchase
5. You can continue browsing the site for more products or
6. Click on the “CHECK OUT” button. This will send an online summary to your email and a copy to Teksolution. We will contact you to finalise the transaction.

Does this site have an online payment system?
For various reasons we have not implemented the online payment system at the moment. This website will still allow you to view and order the products online, however the payment will be arranged after the order has been confirmed. Once you have “Checked Out” it will send an online summary to your email and a copy to Teksolution. We will then contact you to finalise the transaction, or if you wish you may print out the online summary and bring it to our shop for immediate service.

How do I view my items and/or make changes?
1. On the side bar click on “VIEW CART” button
2. This page allows you to view and make changes to your shopping cart
3. To remove a product click on the “REMOVE ITEM” button and to change the quantity click on the pull down menu to set a new quantity.
4. The page will automatically refresh with the changes.
